Until the 1970s, we effortlessly regulated our own mood and health through a healthy diet. We enjoyed an inborn ability to effortlessly protect ourselves from overweight, depression, anxiety, ADD, addiction,  diet-caused disease, and much more mental and physical distress.
Since The War started, we have become The Walking Wounded who have been made to think that it’s our fault.
